How An Unplanned Health Scare Helped Me Prioritize My Wellbeing

A few months ago, I had an unplanned health scare that really shook me up. I had been feeling run down and exhausted for a while, but I just assumed it was because I was busy with work and life in general. But then I started having some weird symptoms – my heart would race for no reason, I couldn’t catch my breath, and I felt completely drained all the time.

I finally went to the doctor, thinking I just had a really bad cold or something. But after some tests, they told me I had an irregular heartbeat and my blood pressure was dangerously high. I was completely shocked. I had no idea something was wrong with me.
